Return Policy
Unused items in new condition and in original packaging may be returned with authorization of shipper within 14 days of purchase. Please contact us by e.mail at customerservice@pinkribbonstore.com or phone toll free 866-478-4011 with the reason for your return before shipping the item back. We will not be responsible for items lost in return shipping so we recommend that you obtain a tracking number.

Backorder Policy
We will try to keep this from ever happening because we know how anxious you are to receive your merchandise. However, if we do not have your order completely in stock, we will contact you on a shipment date. We will advise you of the projected backorder shipment date. You can then decide if you want your order shipped without the backordered item and if you want us to ship that item at a later date or refund your purchase price of the item.

Damaged Goods Policy
Order is Damaged, Defective or the Wrong Item Was Shipped:

If the order is damaged, defective or the wrong item was shipped, please save the carton and all the packing material as well as the item. Notify us immediately toll free at 866-478-4011 so we can instruct you on the proper handling of the merchandise. This will ensure the quickest replacement.

Please note: If the shipment is insured by the carrier, they may have to return to do an inspection of the item.
